Kiki Vivienda is a newly renovated guest house, born in Los Cardones, a small village adjacent to San Isidro, 3 km from Tenerife airport Sur Reina Sofia. It has 5 rooms with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, small living room, outdoor Pompeian where you can have breakfast or eat something. The property has wi-fi, laundry and a small pool on the terrace. The entire building is under video surveillance.

Location: Los Cardones, a very quiet urban complex, consisting mainly of townhouses is a small village adjacent to San Isidro. It is located on the first hill and enjoys good tranquility. In this village, you will find a bar, two groceries, a gym, a restaurant bar. The bus stop (guagua) is 300 meters from the house. At 3.5 km we find the beach of El Medano where to practice windsurfing and kitesurfing all year round. At 15 km we find the beaches of Los Cristiano and Las America. For those who do not want to rent the car but want to travel by car (guagua) we exhibit here the schedules.
